I had initially bought in very short to play a hit and run game but have enjoyed playing at this table.
I don't play this level much, villian seems to have been playing a TAG game, raising preflop and c-betting like clockwork.
I have come up with this on more than one occasion and was wondering if this was played right.

Stacks
* MP2 with $27.25
* MP3 with $15.75
* CO with $8.00
* BTN with $24.80
* SB with $22.30
* BB with $10.05
* UTG with $4.65
* UTG+1 with $6.85
* MP1 with $30.70

I think he has a weak Q, maybe QT?

* * MP1 calls [$0.25]

Do you have stats on this guy to say he's TAG?

Tight aggressive players should not be limping from MP1 in any circumstances imo, but anyway, if you say he's TAG, then his MP1 open-limping range should be very narrow. Probably only pocket pairs and connectors.

The action would mostly match 22, 99, JT, QJ and KQ. I think we can safely exclude a stone cold bluff given that so many people saw the flop. I hope for you that he had QJ, because everything else beats you.

The fact that he called your turn push makes me think HE had QK for two pair made on the turn. But KK and AA aren't totally out of the question, YES I see players at this level limp with these hands. I'd still say QK because of his call there at the turn.

Shove flop > min 3-bet.

Other than that, you only have 40BB's, so I have no problem stacking here every time even after the ridiculously bad K rolls off.

didn't notice stack size. 40BB deep we have to stack here.

Agree with sticking it in to his flop raise.
