$25 PLO 6-max: What would you do here?

I thought it would be a good idea to go back and search through some of my older hands to see how people would play certain things and found this one. Villain's stats are based on 83 hands and he is a reg at these stakes I'm pretty sure. This hand is from a good while back so I'm not 100% sure. Do you call/shove/fold in this situation?

shoving and totally binking against his KK/wraps etc.

u have to put 19 in a pot that will surely be 50..so u have 2:3 pot odds..
u have 1:2 to win the pot in the worst case and like 1:1.2 in the better (more or less)..I think u should shoving
