$25 PLO 6-max: Time to fold middle set?

I guess I could/should 3bet this preflop.

Villains seem overly excited about this flop. Since BB never seems to 3bet, I guess his range is very heavy in AAxx here?

I think folding's ok but, man.

Villain seems passive and not likely to be stuffing the pot with AQJT w/diamonds and we have a blocker to bottom set.

Very surprised you didn't 3bet pre on the button. Is this .10/.25 or .10/.20? It matters, because I want to know if MP potted this pre.

Edit: Clearly it's .10/.25 since the BB called .45
