Villain is pretty aggro bad preflop, maybe not so much post. Should I assume he always has T8 here and fold, or can I put enought 85 and 54 or random bad stuff in his range to make it a call?

poker stars $25.00 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 6 players

BTN: $19.32 - VPIP: 83, PFR: 0, 3B: 0, AF: 8.0, hands: 12

Hero (MP): $24.50 - VPIP: 17, PFR: 13, 3B: 5, AF: 2.4, Hands: 35324
CO: $25.10

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is MP with 5  7  8  9 :club:
UTG raises to $0.85, Hero calls $0.85, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.85, 2 folds

Flop: ($2.90) 3  7 :diamond: 9 :diamond: (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $2.77, BTN calls $2.77, UTG calls $2.77

very high percentage of the time he has T8, if he doesnt we are only always chopping the pot and someone likely is chasing a flush as well. So equity aint all that great with only 4 outs to a boat.

the fact villain plays 70/33 preflop does not affect our jugement there?

There are 3 hands in villains range. Given that he donks the turn, it leans closer to the nuts than 54 plus the flush draw makes it harder for us to play.

It sucks to fold, but its like we are not very good very often.
