`I actually have about 60 hands on villain on this one, he's 35/25, raising almost any pocket pair in any position. I suppose flop call is extremely marginal.

Stacks:
UTG ($46.12)
UTG+1 ($81.83)
CO ($12.70)
Hero (BTN) ($25)
SB ($23.98)
BB ($11.08)

Pre-Flop: ($0.35, 6 players) Hero is BTN A Q 10 8
UTG raises to $0.85, UTG+1 calls $0.85, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.85, 1 fold, BB calls $0.60

Flop: 10 3 2 ($3.50, 4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $2.64, UTG+1 calls $2.64, Hero calls $2.64, BB folds

Turn: 8 ($11.42, 3 players)
UTG bets $6.96, UTG+1 folds, Hero goes all-in $21.51, UTG calls $14.55

River: 9 ($54.44, 2 players, 1 all-in)

I'm really not sure what kind of hand a $25 PLO player is cold-calling a 4-bet here...I suppose a conservative player could be looking to fit or fold AA here or he has some DS rundown...does he have KK too often to do this?

Is this standard vs. a shortstack...it's usually like shoving AKo when you put someone on QQ in NLHE, I think.

Hand 1. Yeah it is a fold on the flop, his range consists of mostly over pairs. Once the 8 comes off, you have to stack.

Hand 2. He does have KK often but this is omaha and you should see a wide range of hands here as well. Definitely getting it in on the flop.

Hand 3. Standard. Calling and reevaluating the flop might be more profitable though. He is short enough that he is going to be stacking off all AAxx hands and when you hit you are going to have greater equity and when you miss you can get off without losing the extra 7$

Isn't hand #2 a WA/WB spot? If villain #2 has KK, 5x, we're in mega trouble. If he has Kx or any other hand, he's almost always drawing very slim. Hands like 789T or something certainly aren't calling a pot sized c-bet (Kx is the only hand calling we beat), so why don't we just check back and induce some bluffs here? I'm not into the whole PLO thing, but just thinking about the range of hands villain plays, what he's going to put us on (exactly the hand we have), and our equity against those two parts of his range, it seems checking is way way better.

It is pretty obvious what we have but most of the time we check he will check back and there are soo many turns that kill our hand that even though we have not disguised our hand we would much prefer taking it down now instead of giving more equity to villain.
