$25 NL HE Full Ring: TT OTB: How's my reasoning?

This is not a complicated hand at all, I'm just really trying to focus on putting opponents on ranges and what the best action is against that range.

This is my third hand at the table, so no reads.

Unknown villain doesn't c-bet, I think it's pretty standard to bet here. Too small?

Turn: ($4.60) 5 (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets $2.75

Now I'm wondering what villain would c/c the flop with after raising, and check the turn again. I think he wouldn't check two streets with AA-QQ, or any jack. He could have peeled with two overcards, or a pair smaller than mine. He could definitely take this line with a flush draw, like AcKc or AcQc. Or he could be slow playing a monster.

Before, I would have checked this turn behind and tried to get to a cheap showdown. But I figured I was ahead of most of that range, and needed to charge it now. So my plan was to bet the turn, and check behind any non-T river. If I got check-raised on the turn, I was prepared to fold, as I've shown I like my hand by betting twice yet he would then be trying to get money in. If he called the turn and then donked the river, I would call if it wasn't an overcard or a club.

My bets are just over half pot because I want to charge the hands I'm ahead of without building too big of a pot with second pair.

Like I said, it's not a tricky hand, but I wanted to know how my thought process was. Getting good at reading hand ranges and is my major goal right now.

Yeah, this is fine. I might make the bets a little larger. Also I 3-bet TT OTB vs. an unknown at 25NL, though I don't play FR so that might be wrong here.

Looks good. I also might make the turn bet a little larger. If he still flats and the river is a brick, I'm torn between a check behind and possibly a value bet. This looks like an 88-99 or something that just wants to get to SD cheaply.

bet sizing is weak, you need to increase. if you want to double barrel turn thats fine, likely check behind on most rivers for showdown value.
