He showed 46s and turned out to be a fish 40/12 after 23 hands.

3-bang the flop, and don't post the results.

I'd also right click my opponent because you'd be surprised how much you can gain from searching player and seeing how many tables he's playing, if i see he's only playing 1 table here, theres more chance he's a fish and that makes me happy to ship it in here, whereas often you find mass multi tablers who you can class as being more solid generally.

Although that being said on this flop i could imagine the regs to be raising draws here too so i'd struggle to find the fold button even if i thought he wasnt a spewy fish. If the board was dry though its an extra tool to use to gain information.

Even easier than that, he's playing with less than a full stack so he's probably a fish.

If you are going to continue with the hand i would just 3 bet him on the flop there is quite a few cards your dont really want to see on the turn and let him get to the turn cheaply

I'd reraise the flop, to many draws I'm guessing he could call you down with like any pair like jj,87s,jq,jqs,kq,kqs all flush combos
I hate the fact we got no stats/ reads on a player but if he's one tabling/2 tabling...i'm donking it off lol
If I'm just flattin the flop, which i'd probably wouldn't do however if I'm doing that, I'm probably callign him down no matter what, only if i dont see another heart i'd otehrwise i give up. since at that point he isnt shoving jj I think since he most likley checks back his pairs and shoves his flushs/bluffs so when theres no flush i'm calling
