Looks good to me.

I don't see a hand worse than yours that will call a raise and I'm not laying down at that point.

Seems like u did everything well until the river...his range is very often AA/AK imo...
Question: would u fold the turn if he had bet?

Very weird line of play by villain.

But his range basically has our hand crushed, so I'd fold here.

If he have AA the check on the turn wouldn't be that weird i think...

Why call OOP preflop?

The villian's PFR is 6% His 3bet range has to be 3% or under.

You are behind this range and OOP

I most definitely would have folded to a medium to large sized turn bet here as I knew my hand would need to improve to win at that point.

And after looking at this again and reading over the responses the only hand in his range I could beat here in his range would be AQ, all others (AA/KK/AK/JJ) would have me crushed. I only include the JJ because I had seen him play that hand from late position aggressively earlier in the session so I could see him doing it here as well.

What? You're folding this pf?

Against a guy this tight yes.

If his total PFR is 6 then his 3bet is ridiculously tight.

I would not be surprised if his 3bet range was simply AA KK and AK

We should probably account for how many hands we have on villain

The villain is so tight, calling his re-raise preflop seems risky.

Then the flop. If he has AA, AQ, AK, KK, JJ, TT -- he's pretty happy. He doesn't particularly want to scare you off. So he bets less than pot. You are still there. He quietly rejoices. He's a little less comfortable with KJ, JT, other broadway cards -- but he doesn't have those, does he? He's too tight.

The turn gives him another K. The chances are high that this puts him in great shape, unless he has AA. With KJ, KT, JJ, TT, he has a boat. With AK, he has trips. With KK he has quads and is not worried in the least. He can check his boats and quads, hoping you hit something on the river. He checks his AA because he could. The river gives him the boat with the AA. He only bets half the pot in hopes that you hit something and will call. He doesn't have the royal, which is the only thing he's a little anxious about. He doesn't have a flush, either, so if he has Broadway with his AQ, that river would be uncomfortable -- hence the half-pot bet.

If you have him beat, I'd be really surprised. At best, it's a split.
