Against respective 70-75BB stacks who are averagely tight, what is the correct thing to do with JJ here?

Should you flat the raise? And then if the flop comes out like it does, 10 5 3 when he bets the flop do you call with a plan on folding to a ship on the turn? Do you flat pre and then get it in on flop?

Against full 100BB stacks I try to avoid stacking off in full ring, is the fact that this is 8 handed and he is only around 75 BBs make a difference?

If we play this passively aren't we always ending up giving hands like AK the free pass here? Or is that alright because majority of his range will be QQ-AA?

JJ sucks in cash games for this reason.

I'm actually not sure how to play this spot. Any stats/reads on Villain?

complete unknown, don't worry i'm getting a hud in 2 days or so. But I have a good memory and i've never played him before. He played 5 out of 20 hands i'd say, and stacked me off with AA against my QQ his first hand in where he blinded himself in. He was a 40 BB stack at $10.00, putting him to $20 and where he eventually fell to $17 or so (this was $.10/.25)

Fold pre. When people 5x your early position open its super strong. Full stacked id often fold AK and QQ to in this spot.
Don't show results.

You are basically turning your hand into a bluff with that shove, no worse calls IMO (besides flips and maaaaybe TT). I would call, call one street without an ace and give up.

a call would be the right play, u would have to cal on the flop too and re-evaluate after that but it is hardto give up JJ in this kind of board if u dont have any infos on the player.
