Ok this reg had opened the button at least 5 times in a row. I had also three bet once already when bb v sb with A8 but he 4 bet me and i folded. The BB is a rock.

** Dealing Flop ** [ 2s, Th, 3s ]
Hero bets [$3.20 USD] into a pot of $4.47 (should this be bigger oop,) his fold to flop cbet is 75%, I dont really want to scare him off totally with my equity here.
Player5 calls [$3.20 USD]
** Dealing Turn ** [ Ah ] not a good card, I thought about checking here, his turn agg is only 13%, but I really wanted to build it up in case I hit my flush. Is this flawed thinking here?
Hero bets [$5.19 USD] Half pot bet sizing? if he has an ace i don't suspect he is going anywhere no matter what I bet.
Player5 calls [$5.19 USD]
** Dealing River ** [ 3c ]
Hero ? shove or just give up, I think he is probably calling me down with any decent ace.

I like the light 3 bet and the continuation bet on the flop. I think I would have had to check fold the turn though. The ace was a bad card and makes it unlikely he'll fold to 2nd barrell. After the ace, you can't count on a K or J as an out so you are left with with just the 9 flush outs. Building the pot "in case I hit my flush" is flawed thinking, IMHO. If Villain calls he is beating you and you'll have to check fold the river, unless you hit the flush

Maybe you shall bet just half pot on the flop and then another half pot on the turn, pretending that you hit the A

Just flat pre, this hand flops well. But the 3-bet is okay too.

Against players who over-play their button, you want to be a little TAGgier. KJs is getting close to the worst hands I'd play against this guy.

Post flop is totally standard, standard 2nd barrel, but I might just shove the turn. Now give up on the river as played.

Also: your stats look kinda fishy...

I'd probably flat against someone like this with this hand. The 3-bet is still profitable though. If he's folding that much on the flop, then a c-bet is fine, and you can probably bet a little less even in a 3-bet pot here. Turn is standard, and I'd give up on the river.

Yeah, you need to reduce your vpip/pfr gap.
