Right, but what sized bet is correct? If I do a std cbet I'm going to get a fold almost every time. Do I check it down to try and get a bluff, or am I just happy getting the $2 thats in the pot without contest?

If this were true, you should raise with ATC and cbet every flop...wtf?

This is rush poker and he's calling from the SB, so assume he has some kind of hand he didn't want to autofold. So his range is likely pocket pairs, which are never folding on this flop, and big cards that possibly have a heart. You want to get value from the first and protect against the second, taking it down with a big hand on the flop is never a bad thing. If you check and a fourth heart peels off, and SB bets into you...what do you do?

Bet. ~$1.60.

He's going to fold most of the time no matter the size so you should go for the max you can get the times he has a hand he's willing to go with.

3/4 - pot size bet is fine. Your hand is good, but vulnerable. Checking to get a bluff is not going to make enough money over the long run when you have worse hands and draws that are probably more than willing to pay and tag along.

Also how happy are you going to be when your plan works and this villain is "bluffing" at you after a heart hit the turn?

Like everyone else said - betttttt

Ah thanks guys. I didn't mean that everyone folds to cbets, I meant everyone folds to cbets on this type of flop unless they have a A or K of hearts in their hand. I ended up checking the flop, and....yup, heart came on the turn. We both checked the turn, he bet into me on the river and I called. He had 2 pair so i won a fairly small pot. Next time I'll make sure to bet the flop. Thanks everyone!
