Just got back from my first session of 25 NL and it wasnt too successful :( Down $58 which I know is only 2BI so not massive but still sucks after being used to playing 10NL added to the fact I was slightly under rolled for it. Especially since I lost a huge hand in my last orbit. Anyway here are a couple of hands.

BTN: $13.82
SB: $17.32
BB: $49.03
UTG: $21.52
Hero (UTG+1): $25.00
MP1: $31.88
MP2: $39.75
CO: $34.60

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is UTG+1 with A <font color='black'>♠</font> A <font color='black'>♣</font>
UTG calls $0.25, Hero raises to $0.75, 1 fold, MP2 calls $0.75, 4 folds, UTG calls $0.50

Flop: ($2.60) 7 <font color='black'>♠</font> 3 <font color='black'>♠</font> 5 <font color='red'>♥</font> (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.75, MP2 calls $1.75, UTG folds

Turn: ($6.10) A <font color='red'>♥</font> (2 players)
Hero bets $2.50, MP2 calls $2.50

River: ($11.10) 4 <font color='black'>♠</font> (2 players)
Hero bets $5, MP2 raises to $34.75 all in, Hero??????????

So this hand I think pre and flop are fine right? Turn I wasnt really sure what kind of size to bet, probably bigger than what I did but I didnt want to scare off hands like 88-JJ (QQ-AA probably 3bet pre). Then river is pretty much the worst card in the deck but I still have to bet here right to get value from sets lower than mine and maybe 2 pair every so often. When he shoves he surely has close to the nuts here right, the only hand I beat is a bluff?

Second hand, how horrible is my call preflop first of all? I just wasnt sure what to do... On the flop when he checks back im thinking he has KK a huge amount of the time as he wasnt the most aggressive opponent and AA is really unlikely seeing as I have an ace and one on the table. So I pretty much went with this read and checked turn as well, thinking if I bet turn he'd call with kings but I wouldn't get any more value on river. If I check he might bet kings then I can call and shove river for 2 streets of value. What do you think about this? Anyway it turns out he had the AA after all. Interested to know how you guys would have played it.

Any stats / reads? Pre-flop, larger raise. Turn, bet slightly more. River c/f of b/f really depend on opponent. At FR, probably not enough nits that will call with 99-JJ and doubtful they bet it. Probably c/c is the worst option because of the run out and it being FR.

Again, stats? You need to squeeze/raise more. I might lean towards a fold pre-flop, just doubtful these guys are making a play. Their range is likely going to be primarily for value. As played, I don't mind the flop/turn, but if you don't hit a Q, what is your plan on the river?

Hand 1 I did b/f and hand 2 without a Q river I would also shove, when the queen came it was a bit of brick in my opinion as he never has AK here due to not betting flop, I guess he sometimes has QQ but again unlikely as I hold the other Q. We are either beat on turn or winning on turn, correct?

I didnt have any read in particular about the opponents only that they were pretty solid around 22/19 and not enough hands to take agg into account.
