This $30 NLHE

Both villains here are unknown. The one who raised utg I had been playing with for about 20/30 hands and the only thing of note was that he had min raised in EP quite a lot, once folding to a 3bet and a few times he won with cbet.

UTG ($43.30)
UTG+1 ($30)
MP1 ($30)
MP2 ($30)
MP3 ($30)
CO - Hero ($30)
BTN ($30)
SB ($45.40)
BB ($35)

Hero is Dealt Ah,Jh

Preflop ($0.45)
UTG raises to $0.60, 4 folds, Hero calls, 1 fold, SB calls, BB calls

Flop ($2.28) is As,Js,7h
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets $2.40, Hero raises to $6, SB calls, BB folds, UTG calls

Turn ($19.38) is 5h
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $11.10, SB calls, UTG calls

River ($51.02) is 4s
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero?

Usually I fold AJ to an utg raise but it was a min raise from a player I'd seen raise quite often from EP, plus I know I'm not going to overplay top pair and won't lose much if I flop top pair and realise I'm behind.

On the flop I probably should have raised a bit more which would have set up an easy shove on the turn. However as played on the turn there is $19.38 in the pot and I have $23.40. Should I have just shoved here? I didn't want to shove because it was an overbet and I bet quite small since a 3/4ish size bet would have left me hardly any on the river, having said that In the end on the river I do have a very small stcak anyway in relation to the size of the pot. (I have $12.30 left with the pot at $51) So my main question is how much should I have bet on the turn? And then on the river the 3rd spade comes in which I didn't want to see, but they both check, so shove in my remaining stack or just check it down?

Doesnt really matter what you do with so little left behind on the river. As played i probably just overbet shove the turn (nothing wrong with overbetting the pot when its only slightly over here imo) and expect him to call with AK AQ and stuff if hes at all sticky (although i probably raise a bit more on the flop like you said. But yeah you could of bet larger on the turn as played anyways, even if you didn't wanna overbet. Think the rivers just a check back when the spade hits, im not one for slowing down with any sort of decent hand that can be value bet but it's hard for me to assume one of these guys wasn't drawing to spades.

Yep, I would ship the turn too. River is close, so probs not that important.
