A tight player with which we have no relevant 3bet stats on has min 3bet us. If his range was wide here I'm happy to 4bet for value (tag folds fish calls). If it's tight we're burning money not just preflop but postflop as when we hit and villain has AK/QQ+ we're very often getting stacked.
Without any 3bet information I play it safe and call. Especially how the min 3bet is less likely to be a bluff than a properly sized one.
1/6 3bets from the buttons means nothing, if you don't have a big hand sample please use the standard 3bet% as it converges faster. Even if we did have lots of hands there's no reason not to include the overall 3bet%.
