the problem here is that the villain has only about 6$ behind after the preflop and flop raises..

Tptk in a 3 bet pot vs SS and ESS is half pot OTT....I don't think there is any other option but to put it in OTT.

Put him in on the turn.

Yeah, I just go with it, he has 50% of his stack in the middle, he only has $5.00 behind. He's going to be going with Kx and theres gonna be Qx in his range too but nothing we can do about that, just hope we boat the river if he has Qx. I'm certainly not going to x/f the turn.

That was exactly my thought!

Put him in on the turn. No point checking as you're letting draws get there (if he's playing J10) and you're not folding to a turn bet. I expect KJ/K10 to get it in here. If he shows up with 55 or Qx, move on.
