so villain is a 48/8/45afq his fold to cbet is 50% (6/12), not enough hands for turn fcbet. Should I still be value betting the river here?

It's close but I check it back. A 48/8 has some AT/AJ in his UTG limp-call range, not sure you're getting 3 streets from A8/A5/KQ.

I'd be betting the turn but checking back the river unimproved. If he folds the turn I've still won a decent size pot for my hand and he can call so many draws to make a turn bet profitable if called.

I'd bet more on the flop though say 2.40-250
