UTG: 50 BB
Hero (MP): 136.56 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has K:diamond: A:diamond:

fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, BB calls 2 BB

Flop: (6.4 BB, 2 players) 3:spade: A:heart: 9:diamond:
BB checks, Hero bets 4 BB, BB calls 4 BB

Turn: (14.4 BB, 2 players) T:club:
BB checks, Hero checks

River: (14.4 BB, 2 players) 8:heart:
BB checks, Hero bets 9.2 BB, BB raises to 34 BB, Hero ???

Pre and flop is pretty standard

Turn I feel this board is super dry and I got a call and I don't think I can get 3 streets of value here so I x/back to get more value on river.

River, I value bet here and get checked raise. Is this a trivial fold or a sigh call? I feel like I am somewhat under repped but then again a lot of hands that call flop have improved.

I'd say it's a sigh call since his line doesn't make any sense.

It feels like he got to the river and only decided to bluff once you bet. This being for value is silly since the odds of the river checking through are FAR too great.

The hands that I have that will call a river bet will also bet themselves. Besides JJ-KK so x/raising isn't too bad with a monster.
