It means he has never called. AF = (bet+raises)/calls if bets + raises is >1 and calls = 0 then AF will equal infinity since x/0 = infinity where x does not equal 0.

Tough spot to be in there. A laydown would be key in this situation, but it's a tough move. He might have AK here, which is a killer. But, he may just have an ace with a crappy kicker, and made an attempt to end the hand there. Either way, you're either winning big or losing big.
