With his effective stack being less than 100, id say its a jam or a fold. With no info and alot of draws in villians range i.e flush draw tp, straight draw, flush draw id say its an easy r/r all in to avoid difficult river situations where i feel he'll fire what ever the river card.

although he limped pre and could be turning his hand face up (fish) you have top 2 and still 4 outs to win a set or a straight which is pretty unlikely for him to have imo.

Sucks against anyone with a brain you can't really fold here or it'd be mega-exploitable. Lucky for you he likely doesn't have a brain and turned his hand face up as a set+ and it's a pretty easy fold.
