Im OOP SO i 3bet him x2 He folds

Now should I have just called and Cbet the turn?

I felt he would still fold the turn but what could he be RR me with on my Cbet?

I would rather select your other recommendation which is to just call and extract any possible chips on the turn and river.

Yea i felt as much too. I was OOP so i felt that I should try and get it in on the flop.
