fold pre.

river shove is gutsy cuz your not actually repping anything

but his check behind says the shove wouldve worked. you did confuse him and many who will read this.

if u wanted to run a bluff why didnt u raise flop?

I would fold preflop, I don't want to play such weak hands in CG

Pre is fine, this deep vs an UTG minraise. You can fold but it would be kind of nitty IMO. I love the line you took and really love that you still bluffed when you hit a pair but I think we need to bet about 2/3rds pot on the river after taking this line. Villain never has AK here and the only calling hands he should have is KK, JJ, KJ and you can argue KJ should fold the turn.

I like folding pre or 3b pre. Just calling and playing 3w pot OOP is not ideal (IMHO). And against an unknown raise and a call, it is probably prudent to just fold.

One could argue C/R on the flop, but I don't think it will work very often... so once again, it would be way easier to play IP.

However the whole thing is gonna be meh playing this bad of a hand OOP. I vote for just folding pre against unknowns.

Edit: As for the river, I don't think it's gonna work often, but I don't see the point in C/R turn if we just give up OTR. We probably should blast away, but I just don't like the whole hand from start to finish, what exactly are we saying we have on the turn? It may not make a ton of sense to V here.

That's not the problem. It is all set like that, it just glitched and there was no way to recover everything I wrote. It's happened a lot to me on here. :( I used to be more vigilant about just copying everything before I clicked post, just in case, but I didn't this time.

Fold pre for me for what it's worth (if you have no read on the other players).

I'm curious though, when you bluffed on the turn where you intending to represent a specific hand or were you testing for weakness?

35s is a perfect hand for a 3 bet bluff. So 3 bet preflop. Cbet flop about 3/4 pot to pot size bet. This will fold out all hands that didnt connect. I would bet pot size to prepare for a turn shove. U have 9 puts for a flush. U have the initiate and you are playing the hand like an over pair...

Fine with the call pre river comes down to feel the check raise is kind of odd I agree probably just bet flop your opponent very well it could've had a pretty good hand and checked behind out of confusion or been on some nut draw or overpair

My vote, depending on player stats, is for 3b if they fold to 3b a lot and fold if they do not. 35s has terrible reverse implied odds.
