Villain plays 25/21/14, and the SB is a huge fish, I was actually pretty sure he was going to call pre-. but he didnt.
Now on the flop I decided to check back as his c-bet % is 80 So I figured he either had a hand that beat me, or air.
Now on the turn he bets 3.50, is my raise fine or should I just flat?
Now when he raises I was pretty sure he had AK but I had lots of outs.

Should I just call the turn and call the river here? My aces got cracked twice in the last 10 minutes, should you play small-ball when luck isn't on your side?

You should treat every hand separately (obviously taking reads with you though), so no you definitely shouldn't change your play style when you get unlucky, you will just lose more.

He could be pot controlling with a weak showdown hand, however why would you raise the turn if you think he either has air or a made hand? You should just call him down. The only hand that might take this line that villain can have that you should shove turn with is A/X of diamonds that was looking to check-raise flop, but I still like calling down rather than getting it in on the turn.

This was my read on the flop, on the turn I figured he was trapping or maybe betting out with hearts or something like that, But I guess I should've called and raise if I hit one of my outs on the river yea,

Think about your thought process here and see if you can find any problems with it:

1. you get one of the best possible flops for your hand but you decide to check back because he either beats you or he doesn't.
2. when he bets the turn you decide to raise because...??

Air isn't going to be a huge part of his range when he 3-bets your UTG open. When he checks he's going to have almost no air and will have good showdown value most of the time.

If he's bluffing on the turn, you fold out his bluffs as well as worse hands that might call a river bet, because your hand looks like a draw or something with marginal showdown value.

1 I checked the flop because I expected him to have an AQ type of hand, against which I'd get no value here. I was also a little scared of possible 10's/K's. But I guess I might've had to bet here indeed.

2 Yeah I've been thinking about the raise and why I did it, I was pretty tilted and decided I just wanted to get it in and gamble I guess.

I would have checked the flop as well, and I would have called turn bet because once you raise turn he makes his decision right there with everything he has, he is either folding or shoving because that board is scary for him no matter what he has, so if he thinks he is still good he won't give you a free card, with lets say AA.

Bet flop or call turn. I don't think either of these lines are more +EV than the other. However your line is by far the worst.

I think when he checks the flop he probably has you beat and expects you to fire 100% of the time. When he bets the turn and you raise you end up folding out everything you can beat and you never fold out anything that beats you.

Bet $2 OTF. you get a lot of info about his hand by his reaction and if you do this with big hands you'll be able to bluff for super cheap after a couple of showdowns. Not to mention QQ/JJ are a big part of his ch range here IMO. Not really sure why you think you're behind someone w a 14% 3b range here esp on this flop, which brings me to my next point... 4b shove pre anyone?

Pretty sure this is 99/T9s/QJs but mostly skewed to 99. Haven't seen many play AK/KK/AA like that like ever 25nl

I fold pre. KQs is a damn good hand to call vs 3bets in most spots but against a huge fish this guys range should just be pure value which we do pretty bad against.

The flop I could go either way, don't mind eityher play.

The turn raising is horrible, you have decent showdown value and a great draw this is pretty much the last spot I'd ever bluff, as played I fold to the 3bet we don't have odds to draw to our flush draw and our straight/trips/twopair outs are rarely good.
