Hero?

Is this a bet out situation? or a damage limitation spot multiway? the more i think about it and the fact they both called makes me think the fish is the dangerous one here as the button is fairly agressive and id expect a raise with premium holdings.

Also should i have just called the raise from the fish with a pfr of 7 and a 3 bet of 2.1 for set value only?

I'm not really sure how many hands you would need to truly start trusting 3-bet stats but combined with his PFR it's very likely he's only 3-betting for value QQ+/AK.

You can flat against this range and set mine which is probably your best option. On this flop it's just a check/fold. You're like a 90% dog given that range.

I just c/f here every time without thinking... but I also just call the 3bet so, I seldom get here...

The flop checks through with a 9c on the turn.

check this again? or would a small bet here say a third repping KK

This sucks but you are check folding here. You got two guys that flatted a 4bet. I imagine they are both just droolers as your stats indicate but it looks like both players' ranges each are all aces in the deck. Someone here will not fold if you bet out.

Best bit was the turn went through check check check. Ha I figured I was nailed by one but didn't expect this at all.

Why would you want to rep KK? Give me one reason

It's still c/f all the way. I mean if someone bets really small on the river fine call it, but it's a classic WA/WB situation vs at least one of them.

You can probably get value from TT-JJ if they're in, but Ax never folds and neither does KK.

It's hard to think of anything that beats you that checks 2 streets though really, but that means you have a good chance of winning at showdown, go for the showdown. You're not scared of any card on the river either except a club that BTN might have played with JTcc or something but that's too small to even consider betting.

you were'nt the co were you? when a K landed on the river i checked and he bet $1.38. You dont get much smaller. haha, button folded so i called and he had KK which his preflop stats pointed to nothing worse.

As for reason for repping KK on the turn.

1. im a break even player at best and it seemed a good idea when i was typing it into the chat box.

Haha, nice reasoning :p

No, I wasn't CO thank god for that. You played it perfectly post flop then, he probably calls a shove with KK anyway.

Pre-flop with 500 hands on him I guess it's just a call to set-mine, however much that sucks. You have to realize a min-raise is a sign of strength from a passive player, and if this guy isn't passive then noone is

I might bet here... 50-75% of the pot... like I went for the c/r on the flop and whiffed. Then if anybody calls I just punch them in the face.

Fold getting 20:1 is just downright stupid I'm sorry. I'm not sure you're not even good less than 5% of the time, but even if you aren't it's well worth calling for the note - taking

Agreed. If he had bet an actual normal sized bet it's a fold but for less than $1.50 in a $20 pot with no one left to act after me? I'm calling 100%.
