So yea, practically just wondering, villain is unknown, did I make any major mistakes here?

Depends on villain really..

But isn't this standard?

I'd raise a lick bigger though, 2 bucks.

where would you raise bigger?

And that's exactly what I was wondering, whether this is standard or whether I should've played it differently against a random villain.

I think the hand was well played. No mistakes.

The only thing I would have done differently (just my opinion, mind you) is bet full pot on flop and turn. But you played it fine anyways.

Love it.

One thing to think about in this spot, even in non 3-bet pots...when you have a blocker to a draw like you do here (Kc) that means your opponent doesn't have as many flush draws.

So that means he can be putting a ton of flush draws in your range. So shoving river to rep a polarized range works well here because he has mostly made hands going to the river.

Against an unknown this is standard, against alot of tighter players I may checkback the river if JJ aint stacking as tyhe turn is the nut worst card against a {22-QQ} flatting range where AQ folds the flop.
