decided to check turn and see villains bet size to decide what to do next.

Probably fold turn even though the small bet sizing makes it difficult. Definitely fold to river shove. Anything you beat would check down on this board.

I think if i check the turn it's to x/f. But i probably shove turn since it's like 65bb into 80bb pot

Here you are out of position. Pre flop better call than 3bet for me and pot is not so big like here. Otherwise I play here bet the flop, bet the turn, and bet the river, all about 1/2 pot or sometimes check on the river. Probably he can raise me on the river, then I risk and make a call, because hand is so strong for me and I can't fold this hand. If he has better hand than me, it's hard, but it happens sometimes.
