3bet or fold pre imo

thinking that raising the flop might be the best even though we dont rep a ton

as played im not sure, i wouldn't do it myself cause i see meh regs in my games doing this with the nuts but basically he needs to fold close to 55% of the time for it to be +EV

Seems like an uber strong hand here. He bets the flop as standard, check raises the turn to get value from your float + bluffs while attempting to get more money in the pot because he is OOP.

If I flopped the nuts or turned top two here then I would be using the exact same line.

I know pre is iffy, I called the flop specifically to raise the turn if I missed. If Acky hasn't crucified me yet, I might be out the woods!

Yeh, I'm also for 3betting pre
Agree villain don't rep much but we don't either. But I think the ship is better than folding.

I'd prefer checking back and raising when we hit,FD comes in and any A,K,J,4,5.

Just call the turn raise IMO. What do you expect to fold after he gives you the "**** you floater" line?

And I'm cool with whatever pre, you should have a little history which should guide you there, since it's the guy on your right (who you should be playing tons of pots against).
