Villain is a LAG with 3bet=4/46, 4bet=0/3.
Just calling the cold 4bet cause 200bb deep OOP.
Flop, he'd usually check behind QQ and I'm way behind most of his value range like AA, JJ, AK-AJ and maybe slightly ahead of bluffs like 5c4c.

You play at higher level than I do and in a tougher field.

This deep I agree is a factor. But I think calling or raising is dependent on how we construct V’s 4B range. Considering the 3B % isn’t out of line I’d assume a 4B range is likely honest. But it needs to be just AA for a 5B not to be optimal.

How does AK, AA, KK, QQ?

On the flop I’d imagine we’re fine folding. It’s terrible for our hand and we don’t have range advantage.

Out of interest what’s the plan to continued aggression on a low run out and what do you do if it’s 100bb effective?

On a low flop & run-out I'm usually calling down, he can easily value own himself or spew-bluff.

100bb deep i'm 5-bet shoving pre all day long.

Yeah, this okay. When the ace flops just dump it.
