Pretty new player and just learning to branch out beyond safest ABC style. Until recently would have folded when my flop bet was called. Anyone see any reason I should have given this up or done something differently? Thanks!

UTG: $26.49 (VP 27/ VR 23/ 3B 0 )
CO: $10.00
BTN: $51.72
SB: $32.09 (KsAd)
BB: $25.77

CO posts a big blind ($0.25)

Pre Flop: ($0.60)
UTG raises to $0.75, CO calls $0.50, BTN calls $0.75, SB raises to $2.25, 1 fold, UTG calls $1.50, 1 fold, BTN calls $1.50

Flop: ($7.75) 6h 5c 6c (3 players)
SB bets $5.52, UTG calls $5.52, BTN folds

Turn: ($18.79) 7s (2 players)
SB checks, UTG checks

River: ($18.79) 2h (2 players)
SB bets $13.39, UTG folds

1) Don't cbet that flop, no pair is folding.
2) Check the river, your hand has showdown value, and will often win when the river goes check/check.

the 665 flop is unlikely to have hit anyone directly and is far from the range people will generally call SB 3-bets with. You need to have a check calling range for the flop and AK isn't bad for this flop. CBetting does make the flush draws pay, but won't fold and pocket pairs.

I like the turn check after the flop CB.

The 2 on the river is unlikely to have hit anyone, but I think checking down is better.

Thanks for the help. Regarding the Cbet: It brings up a point that could be of even more use to my playing. The reason I made the bet was because if I'd been UTG, been 3bet by the SB and hit nothing on the flop with AK, and the 3better made an aggressive bet, I'd simply fold, which is what I was hoping to produce here. I feel like this guy probably HAD a pair and had me beat. But since I'd already lead in with so much aggression (if he had a HUD he'd have seen I had something like 4% 3bet range) I figured it might be wise to just follow through on that with these semibluffs. I was worried if I checked the River, he'd have bet and I would've had to fold.

Raise more preflop. I probably make it 3.75$ or 4.50$. Preferably 4.50$ since we're OOP.

As played, I'm not convinced about the river bet, but otherwise it's ok, imo.
