Right, I'll give you all the stats and reads I got on those involved:
slimshady445 (UTG, initial raiser, 169 hands):
24/18; AF: 1.55; AFq: 36%; 3B: 10%; FT3B: 50%; 4B: 9%; FT4B: 50%
Notes: Pretty taggy ABC type.
yunlucky (CO, limps and calls 3B with lots in pot, 253 hands):
22/16; AF: 1.91; AFq: 42%; 3B: 5%; FT3B: 85%; 4B: 0%; FT4B: N/A
Same as above really...
SnipeAss (Button, 3-bets, 69 hands, this guy's the big fish):
84/43; AF: 1.16; AFq: 43%; 3B: 9%; FT3B: 36%; 4B: 0%; FT4B: N/A
Notes: Been playing this guy a while in the session, won a couple of decent pots off him, wanted him in this hand.
Right, so I wanted SnipeAss in the hand and 3-betting slimshady445 didn't seem like a good idea considering his stats on folding to 3-bets and 4-betting. Also, KQs seems a strong multi-way hand, and pre-flop it seemed to run perfectly.
So the flop comes and I've got the nuts with a draw to bigger nuts, I check assuming someone's gonna bet with such a big flop and such big PF action. Thought it'd be all in on the flop tbh, was buzzing. So everyone checks and the turn gives me the nut flush, still openended to straight flush (inc. the ROYAL, WOOP! ). I think the turn is where I went wrong though. In retrospect it seems he might have had a decent ace or two-pair or even a set, but was slowplaying as I was on the flop, so I really should've raised this turn, but I wanted to see SnipeAss' (the fish) reaction and keep him in the hand, which did happen, but the river seemed to scare everyone off.
So what does everyone think of this? Should've raised the turn? Was multi-tabling so it didn't really occur to me that slimshady445 was slowplaying the flop perhaps... And the heart river wasn't really all that likely considering I had 2 in my hand, perhaps I would've got it all in if it wasn't for the river heart...
