So i have a couple of questions here:
1) Would you float this one on flop? TP, maybe good Tx im raising up for value. I'm not sure about this one, have gutshot + 2 overs...Such small donks usually are quite weak unless they go for donk/3bet line.
2) He bets small again. Whats his betting range at this point? For me it feeled like Jx, maybet Tx. I think with 2 pair he would bet bigger. Can we raise for value? And if i raise here im repping pretty much a flush in his eyes.
3) He bets really small again. With flush he would bet bigger or even jam it? I decided to raise. I'm not sure i did it correctly, because i leaved 3$ behind.

I'm comfortable with the float. We could theoretically raise to try and balance but I don't see much point as we're folding a lot of equity if we get 3bet shoved on + he's short stacking.

Turn I don't see why we just don't raise to GII. Range is probably lots of 1 pairs + high hearts, maybe sets or draws. If he has any high heart we're just giving up equity, we rep a pretty wide range and I doubt he continues the river with anything he folds to a raise on the turn.

Good raise on the river. He has 9x or even two pairs/sets more than flushes, I have to see this as a blocker bet rather than a bet to induce, as you identify him as a fish. If he shoves over the top, we're probably beat but I can't see us folding anyways due to pot odds.
