$25 NL HE 6-max: Could I played this any different, and not lost?
I was in the BB, had 4/6 off, everyone folded to the button who just straight called, the SB folded, and I CHECKED. Flop comes 6, 2, 6. I lead out with pot size bet and the button straight calls, turn comes 10, I bet the pot and BB still just straight calls. River comes Ace, and there are no flushes or Str8's that can be made, so I bet the pot and the BB goes all-in for another $10, b4 he goes all-in, the pot is around $8, so I call his all-in and he shows Q 6 suited. I lose about $15 and I was just wondering if I should have raised pre-flop, or was I just destine to lose this pot... What could I have done, besides just straight folding pre-flop?????
I know at this level of play, every1 gets loose calls, and he did have a decent hd, but how could I have played it, so I didnt get trapped into an all-in on the riv?
