Opponent is 20/13/3, but only over 20 hands or so.

How often is the check/raise a semibluff w/flush draw, or just a test on an otherwise dry flop?

I'd say pretty often, and I'm not folding the flop. Plus, I'm not sure how often a 20/13 flats AQ, 55, A5s, KK or AA in the BB. I'm not sure how far I'd be willing to call down, but I'm certainly calling any non-heart, non-ace turn card.

This could be what he thinks is a tricky bluff/semibluff, but it really isn't hitting much.

Guess he could do this with flush draws, Ax, some pocket pairs, possibly worse Q's? (and of course hands that have you crushed, but I don't think there are nearly as many).

Anyway I'm calling for the reason that if I 3-bet him here I don't think I'm getting value often enough from hands that I have beat. I think I flat and try to get to showdown cheaply.

At first I thought call then fold to a turn bet or call a river bet.

Thing is this could be done with alot of queens that outkick us.
I see this as a bearly ahead way behind situation, I don't think a fold is all that bad until we have more information on this guy.
As I'd really hate to call this and a river bet then have QJ+ show up.

ach tbh I'd still probably call but I don't think a folds bad either with our lack of kicker/information.
