Yes bet. Villain is unknown and called you on the button, and thus will have a wide variety of hands he's willing to continue with. AA has ~55% equity on this board against most reasonable ranges I've given villain.

I think you should bet, he will continue with a big chunk of his hands, however if he reraises on the flop I think it is best to give it up. the worst hands he will reraise you with is KQ or maybe an Ax of spades, all other reraises are TT JJ KJ AQ, if he just calls I think I double barrel on the turn if it doesn't complete a straight or flush.

You're definitely ahead of his range but not like you're getting 3 streets I think I like a ch flop obviously with the intention to ch/c and vbet 2 streets if he checks back depending on turn/river.
