Do we raise the flop here, or do we check call?
Villain cbet flop 82% so I am pretty sure he will cbet 100% of his hands on this flop. Do you guys think he will fold a better hand if I check raise and barrel the turn?

Here is what range I am giving him:
22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99,TT,JJ,QQ,KK,AA - all pairs.
AKs, AQs, AJs, ATs, KQs, KJs, KTs (maybe).
AKo, AQo, AJo, ATo, KQo, KJo.

This would be 14% which would total the hands he would open with first in the pot.

Now, I am thinking, if I raise this flop he will most likely fold these: 33, 55, KTs, KJs, KQs, ATs, AJs, AQs, KJo, KQo, ATo, AJo, AQo.

And he will most likely call the check raise with the rest: 22 (set), 44 (set), 77 to AA (overpairs) AKo and AKs (maybe he might even fold these on flop), and I am not even sure he will call with all his overpairs. Out of these remaining hands, which would he fold to a barrel on turn, and is it worthed making the raise here?

Hero plays 28/20/2.5AF with 6% 3bet.

It's pretty close here.

I think this depends on what villain thinks of you, which leads to why he is checking the turn.

Villain is nitty, which does not preclude him from cbetting. Is he checking the turn because he feels that your range has a lot of 5x type hands that obviously make a straight on the turn, or is he checking because he doesn't have a pair?

He doesn't have much 6x/4x and only a couple other made hands that we beat, 77, 88. I like turning our hand into a bluff if he thinks we will have a straight a lot, something like $3.50. If he's calling most of his overpairs I like c/f river.

Bad TAG/nits are pretty common at these stakes.

check raising flop seems really bad to me, you arrive at the flop pretty capped, villain is uncapped. You probably want to check call some Ax sdv hands so having a hand like 99 in your check call range makes a lot of sense. All check raising does is get you owned or fold out hands you beat, it's never gonna be easy playing post flop when overs come but i don't think we can do anything else.

also like you say, people are cbetting 100% of the time here if they have a 80% cbet especially, keep that super weak range in and play poker!

With his check on the turn you gotta beleive that you have the best hand. Leading out on the river would be a bad play though because what if he raises you all in? I feel like a check/call here is right.

Would re-raising the flop be a bad play? What would you do on the turn OOP if he called?

not betting because of fear of being raised is not really the way to play the river.

I think it's down to whether he calls with A high... Most nits or bad TAGs don't...
I'm a bad Tag so I know what I'm talking about lol

If you ask me, a check call, your hand has awesome showdown value, don't turn it into a bluff or try raising for value here because.....what worse hands might call based on your initial assessment of his range and if he doesn't call with Ahigh?... You're only beating 77 or 88

I doubt he will give you credit for a made straight.
