$25 NL HE 6-max: 99 OOP flopped set on straighty board filled river

A couple orbits before, I stacked the same villain on a AA vs KK cooler. Only played 64 hands with villain, but he's been showing down good hands. I think I misplayed the turn. And what do I do here on the river?

poker stars $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is UTG with 9 9
Hero raises to $1, 2 folds, BTN calls $1, 2 folds

Flop: ($2.35) T 9 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.80, BTN raises to $5, Hero calls $3.20

Turn: ($12.35) A (2 players)

Not sure what you are worried about, you have a full house. I think it's a good option to check/raise here. He doesn't seem to be slowing down and there really isn't any signs of him doing so on the river.

You have a monster hand. You should be trying to extract chips as many chips as you think you can from so the possible hands that he has.

I like 3betting this flop every time. I would be trying to stack it on the flop because of the fact that villain is capable of calling with a bunch of worse hands. By just calling, theres a good chance the turn will come off a card that villain will shut down on.

I plugged this hand into pokerstove to support the fact that getting it in on the flop is a good idea:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 54.920% 53.48% 01.44% 13765 371.50 { 9c9d }
Hand 1: 45.080% 43.64% 01.44% 11232 371.50 { JJ-TT, 88, AsTs, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s, 76s }

The suits arent exact but it won't much.. Basically all these hands will get it in on the flop and anything that won't get it in will definitely shut down once turn peels a spade/4 card straight.

As played, the river is tricky cause the paired ace counterfeits his 2 pair hands. I'd go for a 1/2ish value bet from like KT-JT, AJ. Hope he has a rivered flush or somehow trip aces but I dont see a ton of hands that will pay off a c/r that you beat.

Yeah 3 bet the flop is a must on a draw heavy board like this.

But as played a check raise on the turn would have been best.
Had he checked back try again on the river.
