re: Poker & $25 NLHE 6-max: 4bet sizing?
I[quote=gAsheks;2220635]Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players
MP: $25 (100 bb) fishy tourist over small sample, 47/15~
CO: $32.76 (131 bb)
Hero (BTN): $28.95 (115.8 bb)
SB: $19.85 (79.4 bb) seemed really 3bet happy over small sample
BB: $9.74 (39 bb)
Preflop: Hero is BTN with K A
MP posts BB OOP, MP checks, CO folds, Hero raises to $1, SB raises to $2.75, BB folds, MP calls $2.50, Hero raises to $7, 2 folds
Whats our best play? Wasnt sure about jaming straight away or 4beting to let him come over the top? What sizing would you use here?[/quote
Is AKs the right hand to 4-bet against SB (no stats that he is a fish: or does SB being 3-bet happy mean that he could call with AQ,AJ, KQ, etc.? 3-bet happy doesn't mean 4-bet happy..) with chances to end up involved in a MW-pot...... Against 1 player with a pocket pair which is more likely to call a 4-bet it is a coinflip or worse.. I only 4 bet AK against fish... I would want folds with AK against 2 players ratherr than calls so it is a semi-bluff for me and 4-bet larger or jam is better.... allthough I would do neither...Maybe I'm not right...
