.25/.50 LHE KQ hand

I'm not much of a LHE player, and was wondering what you guys thought of my play here. By the time the river came around, my first thought was that I had sucked out on 33 or 66. Didn't think he was on the flush draw since people at this level generally don't 3-bet flush draws OOP. Opinions?

Perhaps he did have 33 or 66, but I'm willing to bet he had Q/low kick. I've seen it a lot on these tables; possibly even q/6 sooted, and hit his two pair on the flop.

Two things here:

1)Why didn't you cap the bet on the flop? Might as well get as much as you can in the pot while you are (probably) still ahead.

2) I'm not sure if I like your raise on the turn. Sure, you hit two pair, but there is a flush draw out there. I don't know if this is correct, but I would have just called his bet.

To sum up, I don't think you sucked out on him. I've seen people play face/ace/anything, or any (and I do mean any) two sooooted cards--yes, at the .25/.50 level.

a) 4♣5♣
b) A♣x♣

I'd say (b) is more likely but only given his re-raise on the river, which couldn't have influenced the way you played it.

Ah yes! The old Ax sooted. Yep, I bet you're right.

(If they are both highlighted, it means it was a split.)

People 3-bet & cap flush draws all the time in LHE, especially the flop with the smaller bets.

Just call the turn with the flush on board, but the rest was fine.

My read was he either had hidden 2 pair or maybe a set (which is why I didnt cap); I didn't put him on a flush draw.

Results were that he actually had the same hand as me, KQ.
