at first i thought this was one of those situations you cant get out of but after reviewing it i thought that every hand i could have put him on has me beat i figured he might have 99+ KQ, AJ+. he wouldnt be betting that much with just a single pair though so that leaves him with a set, an over pair, or a straight. should i have been able to get away from this hand or did i make the right move.

Even if you know for sure he only has sets an overpair or the nut straight you still have the right pot odds to call here, you can even raise the turn and still have the odds if I'm not mistaken. Remember the results of a particular hand don't matter, only if the way you played a certain situation will show a profit or a loss in the long run. This line will definitely show a profit.

I don't know how people play LHE $50NL but I think it's pretty safe to add KQ to his range as well, maybe even AQ, KJ, KT etc. seeing he's an unknown? Again I don't know how loose people can get at limit holdem at those stakes, you should though.

There's no way you can get away from this hand, anywhere.

I think you should raise the turn here. Your hand is strong with a very strong draw. Your opponents bet size looks like a weak pair or a draw. I would raise turn. No way can you get away from this hand

Yeah, there's something about his bet sized that's really funny.... And what's with all the min-raising...

I think you played this fine, I probably wouldn't change anything.

With limit, you have to call this river. Take stock of how he played his hands and make a note.
