repping 76, 66 and 77 + 54s and 89s (and coz he won't call with them unsuited and you have 98 draws aren't that likely here IMO) + air (depends on c/ring freq).
I'd flat and fold if he bets turn UI. Hate 3 betting coz you can get his air hands to fold later and you aren't playing for stacks as more than a 1:2 dog. If villain checks to you on the turn i'd bet as i doubt he is tricky enough to check 2 pair or a set to you. Other more creative lines depend on villains freqs.
But i don't think i'd get too crazy here. This isn't a great flop to be raising with air and there aren't many draws at all and so unless you have seen villain spaz out with air i would give him credit if he bets the turn, and float if he doesn't (but again completely depends on villain's c/ring frequencies - does he always raise draws, can he raise thin, does he raise air, etc). You have more than enough implied odds
to just play the turn for value if he never has air here.
