Villain is a 29/23/2 somewhat spewy reg. Calls lots IP, %9 3bet, %56 fold to flop, %33 fold to turn, %33 fold to river, %33 wtsd. We have lots of history. I expected him to bluff some missed draws/floats, value bet any ace when I check river, and to have raised a monster by now. His river bet is huge, now I'm spooked and confused, sigh. No overbet history.

Missclick? :D

If you expect him to float you a lot, why don't you go for a CR on turn instead of betting?

On the river, i frankly have no clue on what to do expect hit the "time" button and curse.

I feel your pain. But I can't fold here without the overbet history you don't have. There are too many missed draws, and while I'd like to fold thinking "he wouldn't bet so big if he was bluffing" I just don't want to give up here, while there's still some chance that he's valuetowning you with AQ.

I expect a lot of draws and weaker aces in his range still. If the board were less drawy I'd be more inclined to check-call the turn (check-raising does nothing good vs a float). It's still definitely an option here.

I would just stick with your plan, if your checking to induce a bluff against someone that is spewwy I think you have to call then take a note.
