If your willing to call the flop and turn, Id say you have to call this river. You're getting almost 7:1 to call.

lol, yea I was kind of wondering why u posted this hand, I thought it was a pretty obvious call on the river.

If he is going to let you off cheap, this was probably the best way to play the hand, if he has you beat, then you saved money if you are beat by check calling down to the river, rather than raising the flop or the turn. Also, if you raise the flop and he has nothing he folds right there and doesnt give u the extra bets.

made a typo. That last sentence in my last post is supposed to read:

Also, if you raise the flop and he has nothing he folds right there and doesnt give u the extra bets on the turn and river.

I can see CR the turn and fold to a shove as a decent line against this type of opponent.

I can't really see a good reason to raise the flop or turn here. Villains turn bet is tiny though so I don't think you're ever folding this but then expect to call a river bet. Do you think he's trying to induce a bet on the turn?

If you're playing for pot control and you think your hand has showdown value then you can't really c/r the turn can you?

What range are you giving Villain here?

villian has no range. insert any 2 holecards. random 3bets/overcalls/raises galore

wp, we don't want to bloat the pot with such a weak holding. I like the passive play.
79/23/2 over ~150 hands
wow btw :)

I'm really happy that you are now able to post a hand like this and every1 is telling you well played. I remember when I 1st came here every1 would say to "raise for information" somewhere.

I like this hand just fine presuming u call river.

Also....pleeeeeese can we start converting hands? :)

I think it got deleted when they split the HA section in two. Found an old link to it, but the link is dead.

I haven't used a converter in ages...post whatever it is you use at 2+2, dbitel, and get the mods to sticky it in both HA sections. I can't seem to find a link to any converter not on another forum's site.
