Villain had been fairly loose, pretty aggressive, fast plays his big hands. 245BB The guy has a weird sorta tell, he flares his nose when he has a monster, This isn't really relevant but it was sorta funny.

Hero has been loose, aggro, 200BB

Action folds to villain
Villain in MP1 raises to 70
MP3 calls
CO calls
Hero is Bttn with Ts Js, hero calls.
Blinds fold.

Flop: 8s 9s 3d Pot: 310

Villain bets 250
MP raises to 500
Co folds
Hero raises to 1500
Villain raises all in. (Doing the nose thing.)
MP folds
Hero calls.

Turn: Qs

River: 4h

Villain shows 9d9c
Hero shows the sf.

Is the way i played this flop too aggressive? I put him on 8s or 9s, so my read was correct, but was getting it in -EV?

I figured i was close to flipping a coin (43%) with 8s and 9s
Against AsKs i have 44% equity, and against his random 2 pair hands (89s) i have 51% here.

I end up winning but did i just sorta luckbox the turn and hit the best card? I feel like this was right, just want other opinions.

pretty standard play. You hit great board and you have a lot of equity. Versus whole range of villains you are simply ahead even if you have a draw. Plus by raising you still have a fold equity. so well played. Always play it by raising unless you are really deep and don't want to stuck off then it's ok to slowdown it a bit.. but still.. you are just simply ahead vs villains range.
