Got a hand from my card house with a weird scenario, 1/2 NLHE

Relevant players:

Hero (UTG): $425
Villain (BTN): $1025

Villain just showed up and bought in for almost the table maximum, $1000. In the few hands he's been around he's been quite reckless, raising to random amount and betting seemingly out of control.

Hero is dealt QcQh UTG

Plan of action?

Too vague?

Raise to $15, if you get callers and he squeezes pretty much 4 bet jamming. If no callers and he cold 3 bets, flat and GII on most flops.

It's vague but I think the plan starts right there. I think there a lot of different paths, I was just wondering what people would do.

I mean it is pretty obvious to raise here but we don't know how many players are at the table, their stack sizes, their tendencies, if the table has just been all around crazy. Since it is a live game, and seems deep the average PFR open probably varies from 10-20bbs and the difference from 12 BB open to 20 BB open greatly effects the hand. With villain being random and reckless he may randomly 3 bet to $100, or min 3 bet? You would have to start a preflop game tree for a live 1/2 game for all possible scenarios when it would be alot easier if we just knew some info.

I did the best I could though, hope its close to what you are looking for.

Edit, is this suppose to be a PAHWM type thread?

Well obviously you start with a raise, probably 4x at least if it's a loose table and everyone's somewhat deep

limp-raise-reraise ai :D is it 200+BB deep? i wudn't like jam preflop against randomer. we can give some about 8BB preflop, to isolate him from other players, if he 3bet's i'd like just to call & play carefully w-out a nuts & position. i wudn't like to play this table w-out position to this fish.
