1st hand: reshove if possible, if casino doesn't allow it then I'm almost never folding to the extra $31. Given V's tendencies, I'm probably letting him shove into me on most flops. The caveat is that we have to be sure he'll bluff-shove DESPITE the all in (meaning he has no FE). Even then, I'll probably be checking if I have a piece of that draw (eg we have Ks).
Hand 2 is probably a check/give-up. Against V's wide-range calling station-y vibe, we definitely just want to be playing our monsters. If we're worried about bleeding money, esp w/ his small stack, we should consider opening to $10ish with semi-premium (I doubt anyone will seriously pick up on it).
