$200 NL HE Full Ring: live hand analysis

okay, i played at a casino for the first time since coming back to poker, and this was a tricky hand for me. halp.

i'm button, playing 1-3nlhe, sitting about $320 deep after 2 orbits. (bought in only $200 for my first buy, brand new table) 3 limpers in front of me, i look at 99 and bump it to $10. 2 callers. flop is 249, all of clubs. checks to me and i near pot it. call, call. turn is a red ace. first player bets out like 1/3 pot, 2nd player minraises. i....?

they are both around $300 also. the guy who minraised turn was in a lot of hands, hadnt showed down one yet. mostly won with cbets/2barrells. first to act guy was gone from the table for quite a while after it formed, no reads.

Raise way more preflop with 3 limpers behind and I just jam this turn. Lots of 2 pairs/Ax with the flush draw will look you up. You also have a ton of outs to improve if someone does have a made flush.

that's what i was thinking. I thought I was looking at something like Ac/x, A9, set over set (doubtful anyone has AA). For the record, I did jam here.

Most likely up against a guy with two pair and the ace of clubs. I'd shove.

How did it end up for you?

yep, way more pf (not sure what the standard is live, but I'm sure you could bump to like 20+), and commit yourself postflop.

As played pf/flop we've still completely committed ourself on the turn (~$35 on flop, $115 on turn with $255 left) and have to jam. We're often still good and have outs when we're not.

That just happens sometimes and its hard to get away from something as sweet as flopping a set like that. Thats also the problem with not having reads either, sometimes that just happens that way. For me, it would depend on my mood that day for this hand. Sometimes i may push, sometimes i may think he has me.
