$200 NLHE Full Ring: Big draw with A-Qs
I just got home from the casino. I got involved in a giant pot, and one the of the guys involved in the hand criticized me after the hand for calling all the way down. It really got me thinking... I would appreciate your input CC.
I will try to list as many details as I can, but I can't remember them all to a tee.
Hero is on the button with ~$300 chips
UTG has $115 chips
UTG +5 has ~$330
A few limpers by the time action reaches me. I look down at
I raise to $17. UTG calls, UTG +5 calls.
UTG +5 bets $50
UTG reraises all in for $98
UTG +5 calls $48 more
Turn is a blank, no heart, no 10.
UTG is already all in
UTG +5 bets $100 (about $460 dead in pot now)
I snap call.
, giving me broadway.
I snap with my remaining ~$80
I wasn't getting great odds
on the flop. However, turn is good odds at ~4.5:1
I was just wondering if this is a good way to get my chips in, or just a donkey-kong suck out.
