$200 NLHE Full Ring: AQs in position facing 4 bet shove
Hi guys I played an interesting hand yesterday at a 200NL table and would like some feedback on the way I played it.
I was holding A♣ Q♣ on the BTN. The action goes as follows:
UTG opens for $7, Villain (MP) calls, Hero (BTN) raises to $20, BB calls, UTG calls and Villain calls.
The flop comes: 4♦ A♠ 8♦ $81 in pot
UTG bets $25, Villain (MP) calls, Hero raises to $100, BB tank folds, UTG folds, Villain 4 bet shoves for my entire stack.
Villain and I both started the hand with 150BB. Villain is very loose somewhat aggressive. This table is very loose hence the 3 bet with AQs on the BTN.
My concern here is the dynamic of this hand. If I flat the $25 flop bet I am letting everyone get priced in with their draws and weaker holdings so the big raise serves the purpose of pricing the other players out of the hand but once villain shoves for about $120 more I am put to a difficult decision.
