I dont really understand, what happened preflop in this hand, especially not the comment about "10 in the pot from previous players". So I will just completely ignore preflop and concentrate on the fact, that somehow we ended up in a 4-way pot with 48 in the middle, we have 60 behind, we are the effective stack, and we have AQ on A42 rainbow.
This is an automatic stack off spot, and there is really nothing to say about it. The stack to pot ratio was just a little over one, and you have top pair second kicker. If someone can beat that, just sucks to be you. Spots like this really dont matter. Sooner or later, against them or someone else, they will have the AQ, and you will have something better, and they will also go broke to you.
A slowroll is, if the guy has the stone cold nuts, but yet still pretend, that he has a tough decision to make you think, that maybe he is going to fold, or if he decide to call, you are in good shape against his AT. Maybe he went like "Really?? How much is it?? 40?? OK I call" and then flipped over 53 of diamonds for the flopped straight.
This is just bad behaviour and should generally be avoided, except maybe in a home game among friends, where the victim of the joke will also be able to laugh about it. In a public tournament or casino cash game, just dont ever do this.
