On Friday night, I was playing 80 NL ($1/$2) at my local casino. The players at this table were half drunk and very loose and I'll show you 2 examples of hands to use as reference before you judge the third hand:

Hand 1 (reference) with only 8 players (no UTG+2):
Hero (MP) has $150 and Villain (SB) has $81
Hero is dealt AQo
SB posts $1
BB posts $2
UTG calls $2
UTG+1 calls $2
Hero (MP) raises to $17
HJ folds
CO folds
Villain (BTN) calls $17
SB folds
BB folds
UTG folds
UTG+1 folds

In pot there is now $41
Flop is A22
Hero bets $25
Villain raises to $55 and is all-in
Hero calls for $55 total
Villain shows 77 and loses

Hand 2 (reference) with only 8 players (no UTG+2):
Hero has $120, Villain 1 (UTG) has $500 and Villain 2 (MP) has $70
Hero (CO) is dealt Ks Kc
SB posts $1
BB posts $2
Villain 1 (UTG) calls $2
UTG+1 calls $2
MP calls $2
HJ calls $2
Hero (CO) raises to $17
BTN folds
SB folds
BB folds
Villain 1 (UTG) calls $17
UTG+1 folds
MP calls $17
HJ folds

~$55 in pot
Flop shows Jh 6c 4s
UTG raises to $480 and is all-in
Villain 2 folds
Hero calls all-in with $103
No more action
Villain shows J7o (he ends up winning by hitting a full house on the river, but as you can see, I was way ahead on the flop, so it goes to show how reckless these players are).

Now, for the real hand I want analysed:
Hand 3 (I need your help on this one):
Hero (MP) has $150, Villain 1 (BB) has $200 and Villain 2 (BTN) has $80
Hero is dealt As Qs
SB posts $1
Villain 1 (BB) posts $2
UTG calls $2
UTG+1 folds
UTG+2 calls $2
Hero (MP) raises to $18
HJ folds
CO folds
Villain 2 (BTN) calls $18
SB folds
Villain 1 (BB) calls $18
UTG folds
UTG+2 folds

~$55 in pot
Flop is 3d 6s 9h
Villain 1 (BB) checks
Hero (MP) bets $40
Villain 2 (BTN) folds
Villain 1 (BB) raises to put me all-in (I have ~$90 left)
Hero folds

Did I play the last hand correctly, taking into account the looseness of the table?

3-way without any piece of that flop against super loose players that probably won't fold to your c-bet, I'd check that flop. The guy that pushed you all-in probably has a small piece of that flop and wasn't going anywhere. Therefore I think a c-f line is fine here. You can't call with only 25% equity so the fold is good.

Just check this flop and if you are going to cbet make it a little smaller then that because they are probably playing fit or fold on this flop so betting so big is pointless.

Hand 1:

Don't bet the flop make him feel comfortable with any Ace. Easy call in the end.
Also why the big raise pre? also you didn't raise enough on the flop, you want 2/3 to 3/4 bet if you want to raise.

Hand 2:

I could've folded that spot, he's representing a set / 2pair but as you said wreckless so it's just unfortunate you didn't hold. But just because these guys are bad remember chips are flying in the middle... huge varience tends to happen we get bad beats and upswings.

Hand 3:

Call his shove. He could be betting with two overcards or weaker Ace which missed.
