$200 NLHE Full Ring: $200 NLHE : Call this river w/ TwoPair?

Villain is loose preflop, but alright postflop. I've got a TAG image, except for one loose preflop raise w/ a suited gapper that I had to showdown. I've got $120, villain has $200.

Preflop, UTG limps, villain limps in MP, CO limps, I limp on the button w/ A 7 , SB completes, BB checks. Everyone else in the hand has me covered. I typically will limp behind limpers w/ only AJ or A10, but here there were quite a few limpers and I was suited. (anyone fold preflop?)

Flop comes A J 6 . Checks to me and I bet $9. Only villain in MP calls. Villain says check dark and turn comes 3 . I check behind. River is 7 . Villain bets pot, $30. I'm getting exactly 2-1 and need to win this showdown 33%+ to call. Call or fold?

Have you seen this villain bet this strong in the past? If so, did he win in those situations? From my point of view if I was the villain, you're looking like a weak ace holding, and from your point of view the villain appears to have hit his flush. It's really a toss up until you think about his past history.

Folding pre shouldn't ever be considered in this spot.

On the river it's close. A pot size bet usually would be a bluff/flush. I don't see too many players turning their Ax hands into bluffs here or thinking that they are value betting them with a PSB and it's hard to see what other bluff there is given the bet on the flop (some gutshot broadway draw? mid pair turned bluff?)

It's low stakes NL so generally players suck, so I guess I just call bc of that, but Im not really sure what Im expecting to see that I like
